Natalie Szot

Natalie Szot has been at Baylor since 2022. She received a Bachelor of Science in Human Development & Family Studies from the University of Illinois-Champaign and her Master of Social Work with a clinical concentration from Baylor University.

Accommodation Specialists work with students with documented disabilities to provide academic and physical accessibility for students with disabilities, promote independence and maximize academic potential. The Accommodation Specialists also provide a safe and confidential environment where students have an opportunity to talk about their individual concerns. With this support, students can explore their alternatives, improve coping skills and make informed decisions. When appropriate, a student may be referred to outside agencies.
